Getting started

Which devices are supported?

Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later. On iPhone 15 Pro and newer the app captures in 10-bit Apple Log and grades from that; on other iPhones it uses the standard pipeline. The app detects what your device supports and picks the best option on its own. There is nothing to configure.

Where are my photos saved?

Straight to your iPhone's photo library, already graded. Cupidon Cam only ever asks for permission to add photos. It cannot read the ones you already have.

The look is too strong / I want the untouched image

Tap the CUPIDON tile next to the shutter to turn the look off. You can even do it in the middle of a video recording, and the transition is captured in the clip.

The free plan

How many captures do I get?

Two per day: a photo or a video, your choice. The counter in the top-right corner of the viewfinder shows what's left, and it resets every day. Free captures carry a small "Cupidon Cam" watermark at the bottom of the frame.

My counter didn't reset

The allowance follows the calendar day on your device. If you have moved the clock backwards, the counter deliberately stays where it is until the real date catches up. Otherwise, quit and reopen the app.

Membership and purchases

What do members get?

Unlimited photos and videos, no watermark, and every future update. Nothing else changes.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, pick Cupidon Cam and tap Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

I bought the app and it's asking me to pay again

Open the membership screen and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase. Restoring works after a reinstall and on every iPhone you own.

I have a promo code

Offer codes for the monthly and yearly memberships are redeemed with the Redeem code link on the membership screen. Promo codes for the lifetime purchase are redeemed in the App Store app: tap your profile picture, then "Redeem Gift Card or Code".

Refunds

All payments go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy and data

What data do you have about me?

None. Cupidon Cam has no account and no server, so there is nothing to hold. Read the privacy policy for the details.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Every setting it stored on your device goes with it. Photos and videos you already saved stay in your photo library, where they belong to you alone.
